Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Arriving Late
Please note, if you arrive late for your apppointment, your service may be shortened so as to not delay the next scheduled guest.
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask for a credit card to hold all scheduled appointments for Saturday and/or groups of 3 or more. Appointments you select are reserved especially for you, therefore we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice or the amount of the service will be charged.
Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates expire 1 year after date of purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may be used towards purchasing products and/or services. We will gladly gift wrap and/or mail Gift Certificates.
